All Natural Grass-Fed Beef


BeefOur beef is all natural grass-fed beef. It does not contain any artificial flavoring, color ingredients, chemical preservatives, or artificial or synthetic ingredients, and does not undergo any processing that fundamentally alters the raw product. We use no growth hormones and we do not feed antibiotics. We use no pesticides or non-organic fertilizers on our pasture or forage.

We practice rotational grazing methods and work with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. Our cattle are free-range and have constant access to the outdoors and open pasture, and have free-choice access to organically approved mineral and kelp supplements. Calves feed on their mother’s milk and all cattle feed from birth to harvest on fresh grasses and our own organic hay. They have free access to natural water supplied by our extensive network of gravity fed springs and wells. We use a USDA inspected packing house.

Our beef is lean. It contains less total fat and saturated fat, cholesterol and calories than conventional feed-lot finished beef. It contains more Vitamin A and E, beta carotene and is high in the health-promoting Omega 3 fatty acids. 

In addition to meat, we can provide hearts, liver, oxtail, soup bones, and tongue. Our high quality meat and bones are great for making excellent bone broth.
